Ocean Coral and Turquesa resort
One of our first family vacations was to Riviera Maya in Mexico. We landed at the airport and were driven to this spectacular hotel, Ocean Coral & Turquesa. We absolutely loved this hotel and all of the amenities it provided for our family. This trip was in 2015 so some of the decor and accommodations may have changed.
Our chance to stay at an all-inclusive hotel at Ocean Coral & Turquesa was paradise. Swimming in the large pools, yes please. Getting food and drinks anytime, yes please. Outside terrace
Sitting outside the main entrance, was this beautiful terrace. We sat here daily, and it was one of my favorite places to visit. It was usually not very crowded and provided a beautiful view of the pools and ocean. Sitting here at night after a long day of swimming was so relaxing.
Pools
There were multiple pools to enjoy, and staff provided music and entertainment throughout our stay. The vibe was energetic and always full of fun!

The resort was on the ocean making it easy to access. The picture below provides a picture-perfect view with warm weather and salty ocean water to enjoy.

Every view was perfect. We were able to have professional pictures taken from the resort with the ocean as our backdrop. How perfect!
Xel-Ha
One of the trips we took from the hotel was to Xel-Ha. We loved this park and found it a relaxing visit. They will provide transportation from most hotels to their aquatic park. You can book this trip online prior to arrival to save the stress of doing it while there. Book your Xel-Ha aquatic park tickets at this link.
Xel-Ha cliff jumping and snorkeling
We were able to snorkel, enjoy a meal which is included with our tickets, and cliff jump. This was the first time I cliff jumped, and I was scared but pushed myself to jump. There are staff at the bottom for safety if needed and life jackets are provided.
They also provided towels, lockers, food, and snorkel gear which is included in your price.
This was another tour we took where we ziplined, snorkeled in a cave, and fed the monkeys. Details coming soon….
Since this trip was taken several years ago, I have limited details to add to this blog post, but I highly recommend visiting this resort and Xel-Ha and we had such a good time. What I do remember is how much fun we had while there and the memories are unforgettable, and I know your family will enjoy this trip as well.
